Why doens't anyone make LS1 intake for Gen 1 blocks??

Why doens't anyone make LS1 intake for Gen 1 blocks??
I've been noticing almost every manufacturer is producing engines with intakes that very closely resembles the LS1 intake. My question is, why hasn't any aftermarket vendors picked up on this and produced one to fit Pre-LT1 engines? Please discuss...
