SES When in Limp Home or Fail Soft?
I recently switched to TPI with a 165 ECM. Upon start-up the primary cooling fan comes on. I have no SES light or codes stored. I know the SES light works, it came on when I disconnected the ESC connector to set base timing. I'm trying to figure out if the fan being on is due to the ECM being bad or a failed sensor. The prom is custom and I don't know yet if the N/O flag was checked. It could also be a wiring problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Nevermind. I found out the N/O flag wasn't checked.
