First Injection ???

Engine: The Mighty LS1& 305 just beat meTPI
Transmission: 4L60E and 700R4
First Injection ???
Think I am going to get the First Injection setup with all the bells and whistles. Motec computer and all.
My question is since I have a bigger cam and torque converter and installing some gears will the Motec program be adjustable? I.E. be reprogrammable so that I can add them to the new ECM. I don't want to have to send the EPROM to get reworked or have to go get it dyno tuned after I am done installing it.
Might be taking my LS1 and my Roc to Ed Wright if they Dyno tune so that I can get them both setup since I am adding a cam to my LS with Long tubes. Might as well kill 2 birds with one stone.
