Edelbrock runners hit injectors
For anyone who has installed edelbrock hi flo tpi runners.......do cylinder #7 and #2 injectors hit hard in the inside of your runners? Did the injectors sound WAY louder after you installed these runners? Thanks......

My friend has them on his TPI Monte Carlo. Most of the injectors touched on his. I dont know why, but I think what happens is the injectors somewhat vibrate against the runners making it louder. This is atleast what me and my friend experienced.

I installed Accel injectors on my Edelbrock TPI base with SLP runners. I was wondering why the injectors are so loud. I thought that was normal (for this combo). it sounds like a bad lifter. had to use a stethoscope to convince myself it wasn't. but it sure is loud. very noticable.
