Reading the scan tool looking for help

What is a normal Spark Advance and Knock sensor for an 89 TPI 350 closed loop @Idle?

My car is around 15.7 deg. and Knock is 150 Is this normal?

Also all the block learns are about 137 I thought they were supposed to be at 128?

I'd say 15-24 degress or so'ish would be normal at idle for timing.

20 is base in chip, 4 degree + - as the ecm sees fits adjustment wise.

Knock, ideally should be zero. does it happen? yes . All the time, no.

Do the basics, complete tuneup fresh 02 if its been there over 30k, use delco 02 only.

137 is on the high side of acceptable. 128 is best(factory style), but + - is considered normal.

Test your scanner out on the car hot and cold, make sure all the sensor readings actually jkive with the car in both states.

Ignition system from rotor to plugs is brand new, so is the coil.

All sensors changed as car warmed up.

O2 is bosch with about 7k on it.

You think I may have some pinging? Or a bad knock sensor?

Mainly what happened (before I found bad injectors) is I tried to reset the IAC and the car WOULDNT start, it finally did and ever since then it has NOT started like it used to (quick flick of key used to start it no problem) now it is about 2-3 seconds to start and sounding like the timing is off.
