Axle/Gears: BW 9 bolt, 3.27s
valve cover

How in the heck do i correctly align the valve covers? I need to fit the one of the drivers side and I can not get it to sit flush?!

You might have it upside down. Notice the valve cover bolt holes are not totally in the center of the valve covers. You should have it so the holes are closer to the exhaust manifold.

I did the same thing when I put mine on. I bought some ceramic coated ones off a Vette. 1st I had them upside down. Then I had to figure out Vetts have the oil fill on the drivers side. So I had to rearrange my PCV and the tube that goes to the throttle body.
