bad fuel managment, why?

ok, so recently the Z has been running terrible. it just doesnt respond anymore. it runs great when its cold, but then once its warmed up, it just bogs.
i replaced the fuel filter, same deal. i also replaced the plugs and wires, and no luck there either.
so now im starting to wonder if it isnt my MAF? i dont know much about the sensors and electronics in our cars (i work on older cars, where sensors are non existant).
i also have heard that something like this might happen if the cat is plugged up, could that be right? can i just eliminate the cat if thats the trouble?
any and all help is much apreciated

I am betting on the CTS sensor . Once the car warms up , the ECM thinks it's a different temp ,so it makes it run rich . Any codes ?

no codes, nothing to check them with, and it wont make it to shchucks for the free testing either.
what is a CTS sensor anyhow? where is it and how much do they cost if thats the problem?
