injector prob

well my car started running like crap...looked at everything..then i decided to feel the injectors......it feel the the back 4 {back 2 on each cyl} arent firing....now it has thrown a code...could it be some sensor? or is it that 4 injectors just happen to go bad? oh i am spraying but this didnt occur while spraying

I'm not certain you can always reliably tell if an injector is operating by feel. You need to measure current through the injector coil to determine if the solenoid is intact, then try to determine if it is actually flowing fuel if and when the solenoid is energized.

a tip i picked up from somewhere, if you take a screwdriver and put the end on an injector whilst the engine is idling and then place your ear on the handle of the screwdriver you should be able to hear a 'clicking' sound every time that particular injector, erm 'injects'! do it on every injector, no clicking no nijection!!

+1...but a stethoscope works better. You should be able to hear the pintle snap open. Also if you think an injector isnt firing, you can disconnect them one by one with the car running, until you find the one that didnt affect the motor.
