Yes, no different than a 305 or 350. Of course the "experts" will jump in and say the 327 revs to 13000 rpm and the tpi will choke it. lol

This question's been done to death. It'll work but TPI likes to make torque and smaller engines need revs to go fast. It's really not well suited for a 327, a Stealth Ram or converted LT1 intake would be better but the only real advantage I could see to doing this would be the sound of the engine and the bragging rights to owning a 327 with a neat EFI setup on it. You may as well build a Chevy 302 if you want to build a high rev engine with small displacement, personally I would rather have a long rod 383 with a TPI than any other setup.
