Intermittent stalling problem

A couple weeks ago my car was having a wierd stalling problem where it would just cut out wouldnt stumble and die wouldnt chug it would just cut out and then if you waited 15 mins or so it would start back up. I took the Ignition control module in to be tested they tested it twice and they said it was good. I then noticed one of the screws to the cap was busted so the cap was loose so I got a new cap and put it on I also noticed someone had a wire run from the battery to behind the rear pass seat the wire had a metal tip on the end of it I thought maybe it was shorting out and causing it to die so I pulled it out and I didnt have any problems since then until today when I went to leave went around the corner by my house and it just cut out again. The only code It is putting out is a code 21 TPS sensor voltage too high. I can hear the fuel pump kick on. The cap rotor plugs and wires are all new. Can anyone help me out with this? Thanks alot!

Highly doubt it, it was changed about a month ago. And now it is not wanting to start back up at all.

Had the same problem with my 89GTA. Turned out the distributor was rusted real bad and needed to be replaced. It simply wasn't throwing out enough juice according to my mechanic. This was a common problem with the L98 motors. The stock distributors didn't seal out the moisture well enough and eventually got to where they became too rusted to work properly.
Hope that helps.
