AH HELP urgent....codes!

so me and my buddy were driving to a DIY garage to weld up his exhaust when all of a sudden on the express way (100 km/h) the car died.... tried turning it over... nothing..called a tow truck at got it towed to the garage... when there i checked for spark and had it... so i tried starting the car... after awhile of cranking it finally started and was running rich.. black smoke out of the headers.. (running open headers)... and the car ran like ****.... wouldnt idle on its own... if i held the gas pedal at 1000 rpm the car would surge between 1000-1500 on its own even if i held the pedal steady... check engine light was on the whole time... so i shut the car down and read the codes.... 43 and 53....so i went inside and searched on the garages computer

43. Low voltage at electronic spark timing circuit

53. High voltage at battery OR High voltage at exhaust gas recirculation valve OR Voltage reference error OR Problem at vehicle anti-theft system

so i proceeded to check for high battery voltage... when i could get the car to start and run in the parking lot battery voltage was 13.8 volts at 2000 rpm (Checked with a Multimeter) unplugged the EGR..car still ran the same.... VAS works fine or else the car wouldnt start...... so now that leaves me with Voltage Reference Error...how do i check that?

now onto code 43... normally this is the knock sensor... well i dont have a knock sensor anymore... i deleted it and put resistors in its place and ran fine for months after doing so....

im stumped...

so to go into detail as to how the car runs.... it will run but extremly rich...it wont idle on its own... if i hold the gas pedal steady at 1000 RPM the idle fluctuates from 1000-1500 in a uniform surge.... if i bring it up to 2000 or 3000 it'll stay there but sounds like its missing ocasionally....if i turn the car off and try to start it again... it takes alooooonnnngggg time for it to finally start... like 10-15 seconds of cranking... sometimes i have to do it more then once... almost like its flooded or something.....at first i thought maybe the fuel pump took a crap on me... but it primes each time and runs when the cars running....
