another 383 build question

I searched all over this forum for a setup similar to the one I am building and I didn't find anything, I made a post. My engine builder said I would get 358 crank horsepower and 432 ft-lbs with this setup. Do ya'll agree?

383 SBC, 9.4:1 compression, World Sportsman II 200cc heads, full headers and 2.5" exhaust, 224/230 @ .050" .477 lift 114 LS Comp Cam, Stock manifold, stock runners, 52 mm TB, 28# injectors, aftermarket chip based on this motor.

700r4 with 2100 stall

I thought I'd be closer to 380hp and 490ft-lb at the crank

Desktop Dyno says 343hp and 493 tq. I used the flow numbers from Car Craft for your heads. I was very surprised by the numbers, they are barely better than stock Vortec heads.

The stock intake and runners will kill the motor with the increased displacement.

It all depends on what your goals are. That hp number looks about right to me. I am assuming you have to pass emissions?

I don't have to pass emission so no snog pumps, egr valve, etc. I just keep seeing TPI shootouts that have a stock TPI unit pushing 500 ft-lbs at 400 hp. They are running 10:1 compression which is higher than me but I wouldn't think I'd be that far off.

What is it with my setup that is the most limiting factor?

Just realized I left the heads as 1.94 and 1.50 for valves after changing to 2.02 and 1.60 I got 352 hp and 497 tq.

From what I can see the intake, runners and cam are holding you back.
