are you going to be doing the work your self? because labor is a killer!
1st thing I would do is check the plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and coil. Change the oil and filter, check the air cleaners & pcv valve. Alot of things you can do yourself. Like port the upper plunum. After you get it running good, a nice set of headers and exhaust is always a nice add on.

$100 isn't going to get you much. If you can do the work yourself and plan on modding in the future, then an adjustable fuel pressure regulator may be a good purchase. Honestly you should just save up and get exhaust.

i agree the thing I did when I got mine that I noticed the biggest change was a full tune up it is worth it, and dont cheap out on these parts get good quality.
The next thing I did was exhaust and that made a huge difference. so do the tune up then save for exhaust after that the sky is the limit.
