I have a 92 camaro with a stock L98, and I want to keep the TPI. How much power can I expect from these heads? Is there anything I need to know before laying out the cash, and tearing into the engine?

Lots of people don't give the Eddy heads much credit. I do. I've never used them but several friends have and the end result has always been a combo that ran stronger than anyone expected it to. I would put them on-par with a set of Vortecs, but obviously with less weight.
I would think a complete performance exhaust with headers would be a better place to start, however, on a TPI motor. Just taking bang for the buck here.

I prefere these heads over any other head in the same price range. Sure you can buy AFR's, Trickflow's, Dart etc. And they are all well and good, but you pay extra for the name. Edelbrock has been in business for years and for some reason, people don't like their stuff. I on the other hand, love the Performer heads. They are cheap for what they are, they are aluminum, the flow numbers BEAT most of the competition and did I mention they are aluminum? You save weight, you save money and you gain power. What more could you want out of a cylinder head? I'll be getting me a set of these next season! Also with these heads, you can port them all to hell if you want! They come with tons of meat to remove if you want more out of them. Out of the box they are a good head, but once ported, they are a great head. Just my
PS. They also come with 2.02/1.60 valves, Bronze Guides, 3/8 Studs, Guide Plates and they are also aluminum

Thanks for the response guys. Are there any companies selling these heads for less than $1200?
