Car runs, but will not start on it's own.....

OK, I have a 1991 with a 350 TPI. A few weeks ago I drove my car home from work (had been running fine) and replaced my plug wires and cap/rotor. While I had the dist cap off, I bumped my fuel pressure up from about 37psi to 43psi with the pump jumpered to on and car not running. I put everything back together and now the car will not start without starting fluid into the TB. Here is a list of parts I have already replaced the past 2 weeks and where I am at now:
-New fuel pump and sock
-New fuel filter
-New fuel pressure regulator
-New fuel schrader valve
Where I am at right now:
When I turn the key fwd, the pump primes for 2 sec to about 45psi and the car will turn over but not start. When I turn the key off the pressure drops to about 37psi and then slowly drops to about 15psi over a 5min period. When the car is running with the vacuum line disconnected from the fpr, pressure is at about 48psi. If I spray starting fluid in the TB, the car starts right up and will run and drive until I turn it off. After running for 5-10min, if I turn the car off and try to crank it again right away,it will not start. Any ideas on what I killed on my car?

I know it seems kind of sudden, but check the ohms on your injectors. I went through everything on my GTA in the spring with a similar problem. Turned out I had 5 bad injectors and it was overheating the driver in the ecm. At least that's how somebody on here explained it to me.
