1.6 roller rockers

im thinking of installing a set of rockers on my car. I just wanted to see if anyone had done this on a car with stock manifolds and what kind of gain i can expect.

mayeb a couple of hp . With every .1 lift you gain a half a degree of duration

wait I was told that putting 1.6 rockers on only effects the lift and not the duration

let me know if I have been told wrong!

By far it's a lift gain, but if you think about the physics of lifting a valve further, it will increase duration a bit as well. I'd guess adding a half degree on each side of the cam lobe would be a ballpark figure.
