replacement injectors
well i was looking at my fuel rail when i noticed one injector looked way different from the 7 others i pulled the whole top end of the motor to put on some aftermarket tpi stuff and decided to take the big and normal injector to the parts store and turns out the replacement injector at the auto parts store looks just like the huge one any reason why the replacements look so different from the original?
Cause they're cheap, generic, semi-universal, replacements. It'll probably work fine, but it shouldn't be too difficult to find another oem injector to make a matched set.
I ran into the same thing with my extra tune port... One mismatched injector.

Parts stores want $60+ for one injector.
I would rather buy a complete set of known good ones like Ford SVO/Motorports or the like.
