I've searched here and the vette forums and can't seem to come up with a definitive answer. I'm looking for some basic piston measurements on the L98 in my 1991 Corvette.

I was hoping to find out the the volume of the factory dish, I've seen anywhere from 6 CC to 8.5 CC on the web. Does anyone know the actual measurement? I have the factory service manual but I can't seem to locate this information within it. I also can't seem to find a part number for the piston, however it does mention that the pistons are not interchangeable with any year other than 1990. I don't know if the pistons are Corvette specific or not.

The other spec I am looking for is the piston to deck clearance. I've seen specs anywhere between .016 and .025. Again, I can't seem to find this spec in the service manual. If anyone knows the factory specs that would be great.

Is there anyone out there that can help me out?
