Upgrading injectors, what size?
I've done some searching on this forum about injector sizes and have come up with mixed conclusions depending on the variables in the formula, so I thought I'd ask the experts.
My engine currently runs about 325 HP and if I calculate right I'm pretty much maxing out my stock injectors, which I'm fine with. I'm planning on adding a turbo to the combo which could push the power up to the 525 HP range. Depending on the variable in the formula I get an answer anywhere from 36LB injectors to 42LB injectors. What's the right answer?

The 42s is the right choice in my opinion for a turbo car running 525Hp at the engine.
But, in the meantime, the 42s will be way too much flow without the turbo. So, do not install the 42s until you have installed the turbo.

I found some injectors on an ebay store that are flow matched but I don't know if they're the right style. Can you tell from this description if these will fit?

It won't matter if he has 42s and no turbo as long as the engine management will recgonize that they're 42s. I'd reccomend figuring out what you're going to do with your ECM (getting a FAST, having a custom chip cut for a 7730 with the $58 code, megasquirt etc.) and upgrade the injectors at the same time as you made your ECM boost aware. Also be aware if you run the $58 code or some aftermarket ECMs youll need to upgrade to a 2 bar (for up to 15 PSI) or a 3 bar (for up to 30 PSI) MAP sensor. Oh, and stay away from Accel injectors.

From Ford, you want the ones called EV1 style. I am currently running the EV1 style 24#/hr injectors from Ford Racing.
Concerning Ebay; only go this route if the injectors are coming from a dealer and not a private person. There have been many upset 3rd gen members who did not receive what they thought they were buying on Ebay with regard to fuel injectors. I highly recommend a local speedshop or Summit Racing.

We run the 42's on my GF's RS We drove for months without the blower but still had the 42's and if tuned right it"ll run fine.

From the ebay link, those would work. I cant tell you whether they would be good or not. All I can say is they would work with your application and connectors. For mine I ended up getting a flowmatched SVO Greentops but paid in the mid 400's for them.
