HELP CAR WONT RESTART

. have an 85 IROC Z tuneport. i can cold start it and it seems to run fine. the service engine light stays on with codes 15(CTS), 22 new, 33(MAF) don't know if these can cause this problem. if i turn it off then restart right away it cranks, but if i wait say 10 seconds it won't start back up unless i hold the pedal to the floor, that flood start thing. its seems as if when i turn it off somehow it floods, doesnt make sense to me.

IF ANTBODY HAS A CLUE WHAT IT COULD BE PLEAS LET ME KNOW

85 IROC Z TPI
Code 15; The coolant sensor (not temp gauge sensor) is reading too cold. (Scanner should read -30°C or less.)
Code 22; TB closed, TPS is reading low voltage (Scanner should be showing less than 0.4v.)

Code 33; MAF reading in excess of 45g/sec of air flow.

Disconnect CTS, jumper connector wires together, With the Key on should get a code 14 (Scanner; 130°C or higher.)
Disconnect TPS, jumper Gray and Black wire, With the Key on should get code 21 (Scanner; higher than 4.5v.)

If the codes do not change With the Key on check for 5 volts at the CTS yellow, and TPS gray wires, if no 5 volts then there's a wiring problem in the ECM 5 volt reference supply, or the ECM is bad.
Fix this problem before going on to the code 33. There is a lot of threads on a code 33.

From: edge of the map
Car: red one
Engine: on the floor
Transmission: next to engine
Axle/Gears: the ones that turn
First off I would go through those codes and get them taken care of.

Flooding.....put a pressure gauge on the fuel rail, turn key to run (do not start) pres. should be about 43.5lbs look to see how fast the pres. drops (with key off) if it drops real fast, you could have leaking injectors.

Mine had the no start after starting (had to let it set) it was the Coolent sensor.

have a question 4 u. i just bought it 4 days ago. i'm looking for the coolant sensor. i'm used to carb v8, but if i remember correctly, aren't the wires brown and yellow? if so they have the yellow running to a sensor on the side of the head, and the brown to the valve cover bolt.

On TPI it's yellow and Black, they both connect directly to the ECM, the black is ground, but not to block ground.
