Help & Advice porting TPI components & heads!

During my rebuild, I'm FINALLY going to port all of my TPI intake components and my heads to match. Here is a list of the exact parts I have:

TPiS 52mm TB
Stock Plenum
SLP Runners
Accel Base
Stock LB9 heads

I'm going to be installing a ZZ4 camshaft using Comp 981 springs and new 1.254" OD retainers.

All of the parts I have are in their 100% original form, no porting to any of them at all. I have never ported anything ever, lol. I do have the help of a friend who has ported 1 set of SBF 302 heads before about 7 years ago, lol.

Basically I guess what I need to know is the LARGEST gaskets possible for the parts that I have so I can simply match everything to the gasket size right? I'd like to go all Felpro.

It's only a 305 so I don't want to get too crazy with the base beyond cleanup for fear of making something worse or screwing up. Same goes for the stock plenum but I know that's ALLOT of cleanup there, lol. Mostly what I'm concerned about are porting the heads. I mean, I want to be sure they are done correctly so I don't have 1 cylinder flowing more or less than another next to it.

Are there any tutorials on the web you guys can point me to for porting the heads? Also a list of all the gasket P/N's I need to buy and follow would be **** Lastly, exactly how far do I need to go or can I go on the stock plenum? The thing is a POS in stock form, but I don't want to screw anything up. I'm guessing I really can't short of going through a wall or something right?

Thanks! Oh, my friend planned on using his air compressor driven grinder with a bit just for aluminum which he already has. What should we use for the heads since they are iron?

Did a few write ups, have as of yet to put the engine in but here's what I did regardless.

Intake
Heads

BTW, definitely not 56K safe.
