Where do these two vacuum lines go to? I put blue tape on them where they broke off to make it easier to see. Thanks

The top one looks like it should be hooked to a 90 that goes into the bottom of the throttle body. However mine's not routed that way.

The bottom one looks like one of the HVAC/CC line that get plugged into a 3-way check valve that should be in that area.

On my '88 there are 2 vacuum ports on the plenum, the one nearest (really doesn't matter which one) the distributor is connnected to the HVAC and the Vacuum Reservior (plastic ball underneath charcoal canister) via a 3-way check valve.
The other port is for the fuel pressure regulator.
If the blue tape is on the end of the same hose it should be from the EGR solenoid to the bottom of the throttle body.

I actually broke a vacuum line while doing the coolant bypass on the throttle body, so what I did is get a piece of small, medical grade tubing and put gasket sealent on the tips of the line, I then fit both ends into the 1-inch long piece of tubing like a coupler(sp?) or sleeve. Seems to work fine...
