alright my 89 formula 350s outta the body shop, its goodlooking now but in the time it was in there some mechanical stuff happened .. how it happened is a different story, needless to say im pretty mad about it .. aight, first things first .. now it stalls when you floor it almost everytime, the headlights go on and off but dont flip, and i think the starter might be going cause sometimes when i turn it on it makes this horrible screeching sound and doesnt even attempt to turn over, but other times it turns over fine .... whats going on with my car, the headlight thing isnt as important but i just figured id throw it in there

when you floor it does it die immediately?
Did they take the headlights out for paint? Did they connect the arm that goes between the headlight/motor to raise it?
Starter...on its way out?

Well my car would almost stall out when I put my foot into it. Put new plugs, wires and fuel filter on and its all good.

There are two connectors right off of each headlight motor that you can see with the hood open... I commonly disconnect these if I want the headlights to stay up (perhaps to remove the bezels before they painted the car?)... You might make sure those are [re]connected.
