code 43 issue, rather puzzling, only happens after long WOT passes.

im having this reoccuring issue,it seems extended wot passes{above 80mph} the ses will come on,and stay on until the cars retstarted.

ive done some research on this topic, but most all come back to modified motors, where as mine is 100% stock.

here is what i have checked,

im getting 4k ohms resistance on the KS
im getting 12 volts AT the KS {i know this should be around 3-4 volts correct?)
ive checked all grounds,as well as grounds to the esc module, all check out good.
this will sound stupid, but unplugging the KS makes no difference in how the car runs, other then it feels stronger, doesnt hesitate, and buck at higher RPMS like it does with it plugged in.

i currently have the peices needed to start datalogging/burning chips on the way,but right now im sort of shooting in the dark.

the car is 100% stock except for k&n filters, and gutted airbox.

at the dragstrip the car ran 14.4 with the KS plugged in,and started to chug{can feel timing being reduced to squat} also audibly heard pinging.

with the ks unplugged,it ran 13.7s and 13.8s,with no audible pinging, and no hesitation through the gears.

the car is an 88 iroc lb9/mm5
