WTH is the MAF sensor on an 86/87 firebird with a 305 TPI?

i dont have a pic handy to post up,but on a birdy,right after the 90* elbow off of the throttle body,it should be right there,with another rubber duct going to the airbox.
if you cannot find one on your vehicle,it is possible it was converted to Speed density.
