No IDLE

My car will not idle, it will start and die immediately unless I hold my foot on the gas but as soon as I let my foot off under 600 rpm's it dies. I replaced the temp sensor and nothing, NO codes when checked and fuel pressure is at 41 psi. I took the IAC vave out and adjusted it to 1 1/8" like the book says and put it back in. The car fired up and idled fine, I then shut it off and waited 5 mins and tried again and it would not idle again. I pulled the IAC valve out again and it was back at the same setting as before. Does the IAC valve need to be replaced or are there other issues. Thanks

Re: No IDLE

Replaced the IAC and the car fired and ran like new. Idled up at first start to around 1200 and came down to 750-800 rpm like it should. Took the car out for a drive for around an hour and everything was great. NOW the cart doesn't pull like it used to, kind of lame= before I could burn the tires off of it NOW I can barely spin them from a dead stop. WHAT HAPPENED

Re: No IDLE

I pulled the MAF sensor plug out and the car had power again, besides the service engine light being on will leaving it unplugged mess anything else up ?
