IAC / TPS Adjustment......
After you jumper A and B on the ALDL and wait for 30 sec for the IAC to close completely, are you supposed to leave the jumper in when starting the car to adjust the idle? Also, the procedure says to adjust the idle to 450 rpm - no way Jose. I can get down to about 550-650 but the engine will die if I set it any lower. How smooth should the idle be? Mines kind of jumpy.

Engine: 6.0 LSX
Transmission: 4L60E
Axle/Gears: 9 Bolt 3:27
Well Connect the 5th and 6th pin on the ALDL ,turn key on fans will kick on wait 30 then disconnct IAC remove wire start car adjust to about 600 idle 550 drive turn off car ,plug iac back in and your all set.
