What injectors can I use for my '89 T/A 5.7?
I've been reading alot of threads on here and am becoming more and more confused. Someone please tell me what injectors to use. I need a new set, but I dont want to pay the price that GM wants. I've heard that ACCEL is the way to go because they are cheaper, but then I heard that they aren't reliable. And I also read to use Ford SVO injectors. Is there different sizes? Someone please help.

Welcome Aboard!
It seems that people who have used the SVO injectors have had fewer long-term problems with them. The one thing you'll need to do is change the O rings to the thicker GM style. Everything else should fit just fine.

I've been running Ford SVO injectors since 2000. Nary a problem. I didn't change O rings on mine, but it probably isn't a bad idea.

Ahhh, you're just lucky (or really paid attention when assembling them). The Ford O rings are just a tad smaller cross section, and sometimes don't seal. If it's on the fuel rail end, you'll know it right away. If it's on the intake end, you might not know it until you start chasing a "mysterious" vacuum leak or mixture problem.
Other than that, I haven't heard anything negative about them. Be careful to select the proper flow ratings, since GM rates flow at 3 BAR (like the rest of the EFI world) and Ford rates flow at their normal regulated line pressure of 36-38 PSIG, and sometimes at 48 or even 55 PSIG.
The other factor to consider is the design of the injectors. You need saturated injectors, not peak-and-hold (foldback) injectors. Typical solenoid coil resistance of a saturated injector is in the range of 15-17 ohms, whereas a P&H injector is closer to 2-4 ohms.

thank you guys very much. I went pricing and found a set of Ford Motorsports (p/n: M9593-A302) which I believe are the ones I want, are the SAME price as a set of re-manned stock injectors. WITHOUT the o-rings. Needless to say, I've ordered the Ford injectors.
Thanks again!!
