Not if they are iron heads. Angle plugs are on the aluminum heads. You can see for yerself when you look at any of the spark plugs - they'll stick straight out of the engine, and not in towards each other.
Be extra super careful when ordering headers if you have angle plug heads. That's about the only thing as far as I can think of.
