I am planning to build a 350 TPI for my '89 GTA. I am going to start with a forged/balanced bottom end, high flow base, large diameter runners(like TPIS), 52mm throttle body, High compression pistons,22lbs/hour injectors, NOS system. I am shooting for 350+ to the ground without the NOS 400-450 with NOS. What heads would you recommend? Also what is the better base for the money? Accel, edelbrock, or TPIS?

 

Base- Go for the cheapest, they are basicly the same.

heads- AFR 190 are very popular but expensiv, edelbrock 6085 are also good....

I just put a new 2100-2300 RPM TQ Converter. I hope a 13.20 or better
