The car is an 87IROC with a highly modded 350TPI with superram, heads, exhaust, you name it , it has it except for a custom chip!.
I've did a post or two on the topic already when i was looking into buying the car, and it turns out i'm probly getting it very soon!

I need to know of some suggestions on what to check to see what could be causing this, i'm thinking its just the stock 305tpi chip is the problem.
The car runs fine after you get above 15mph, then on the highway it runs fine. But if you are idle or under 15mph it just dies and most of the time it starts right back up others it takes about 5min and then will start back up.
