Where can I send my fuel injectors to, to have them cleaned and flow matched? Also, how much does this generally cost?

I haven't used this guy yet but I've heard good reviews for others who have used him.

Use Cruzin Performance (see link in previous post). Rich has cleaned many, many injectors for me, and never fails to deliver the best work for the least money. Honest people are hard to find, and when you do, you need to stick with them. Give Rich a call. You will not be disappointed.
