Are the Afr's centerbolts? If they are, you can get an adapter from any GM Performance Parts dealer that converts the center bolt, to perimeter bolt. I don't however have a specific part number. From http://www.nextgenparts.com the part number is 321NS. It comes with the adapter plate and gasket set for $169.00

Hope this helps

I am running the tall GM Performance parts valve covers, but clearence is tight. I don't have any pics of the engine completed yet on my website but here is pic of the engine with the covers on. You can order them from Scoggin Dickey or Pace parts for around $110 bucks.

No, you cannot(not easily) put tall valve covers on a Camaro. They will hit the alternator and windshield wiper motor.
I put TF Twisted Wedge G2's on with 1.5 rollor rockers and tall covers and found this out. Try your stock first and see, or if you are dieing for the cast aluminum style which is better PAW and a very nice set for $55. See picks of mine below, it might be good enough for you. http://sethirdgen.org/octride.htm http://www.geocities.com/millicanga/engine1.jpg http://www.geocities.com/millicanga/engine2.jpg

No problems here.....The only thing I had to do is trim the little stud on the back of the alt just a hair. Everything else is clear of the valve covers and they fit great.

Same here for me, I am using the same valve covers as David and I didn't have any clearance problems. My heads are like yours too, AFR 190s. Millican might have been using some other brand, stick with the Chevys and they will fit o.k.
