ok all possible reasons for a code 32

ok all possible reasons for a code 32
well it's been on now for two months, i'v had the whole system checked it all works, but for some reason the engine light comes back on , after a week, car runs super but the engine light pops on ,,,
egr , vacume solinoid , vacume hoses , all replaced. im lost .
