Engine: 1989 TPI 350
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: stock 10 bolt with 2.73 gears
Code 54 on an 86 IROC-Z
I have a code 54, but when I hook up the scantool and the fuel pump voltage is at 13.6 or battery voltage. What could the problem be?

No I have not checked the fuel pump relay. I will go and do that.
