Using my Lap Top for a scan tool on my TPI

What do I need to use my LapTop as a scanner? Where can I find a cable to hook into my laptop and ALDL? What about software?

I too am interested in knowing this. I know the Diacom can do this and it comes with all the connections you need. (pretty sure)

I heard the new Auto Xray has this capability now.

Andrew will help you out. I have the DataMaster software, it is incredible, and it logs more data than you'll know what to do with, graphs, and I like to have a large window that displays only Knock Retard and flashes when severe. You can get the sw and cables all for about $200. That Diacom sw is crazy, around $500+.
