want to build a streetable 400 sbc

like the title says--looking to build a very reliable streetable 400 using the stock looking tpi that i already have.will put everything from my 350 into this(see sig)am currently porting the plenum and have a new edelbrock base and asm large tube runners.
my question is this--will the supercharger make up for the lack of high rpm breathing that i will have using close to the stock setup?should i install a larger tb.58mm?
looking for approx 500hp with loads of torque
will a setup like this work?

------------------
1990 Trans Am,350 TPI(L98),WS6suspension ,bridgestone RE71's /245/45/zr16
paxton supercharger,afr heads, alston sfc's,msd 6AL-BTM,
8.5 superconductor wires SLP 1-3/4 headers,duel cats,3"slp exaust, lakewood LCA's,T.B.Bypass
160 degree stat,alum driveshaft,fiberglass wing, secret mods

Being supercharged, you won’t need too much to make 500hp. To be honest, the long tube runners and ported aftermarket base are very good to 5800-6000rpm. Unless you want to be spinning up in the 6500-7000rpm range, stay with the long tube setup. I mean you are looking for a streetable motor. We’ve even gotten a fully ported Superram to make power up past 6200rpm. Most definitely though, go with the 58mm throttle body. You’ve got everything else for a good streetable motor. What cam do you plan on using?

N/A 406, TPIS Miniram, 58mm TB, 30lbs injectors, Custom Ground Elgin Cam, Ported TFS heads, SLP 1-3/4", & DFI computer.
