Do I need.....

My 87 TA has a police 350 with a 305 TPI setup w/19lbs injectors on it. I was wondering if I need an Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator if I switch to 24# injectors? I also have to change my fuel pump for 2 reasons.
1. It's the 305 TPI fuel pump
2. It has gone bad (okay it died on me)
Thanks in advance.

If the motor is stock and you are not going to mod it than why change injector size, otherwise you need a cutom PROM. Lowering the fuel pressure on a larger injector will net a power loss. Increasing the pressure on a smaller injector will net a power gain because of better fuel atomization (So I heard anyway)

The motor is already modded internally as to what I still have to find out. it was done before I got the car and I have to call the shop that did it tomorrow to find out what was done.
