What's AFPR?

I've noticed mentions of this modification and am wondering what it is. Can you tell me?

It's an ackronim (sp?) for Adjustable fuel pressure regulator. Instead of having the stock piece which is set at one specific pressure, you can adjust the pressure of an afpr to compensate for your specific engine mods.
