Fixed the Hesitation and stuttering!

It was my distributor cap and rotor! The EGR was okay. As I was checking the wires, to make sure they weren't arcing, I found out that I have a leaking head gasket!!!!!! Time for a rebuild. Oh, what makes the rotor turn black, and the green crusty stuff on the inserts on the inside of the distributor cap?
