I read in another post that you have the ZZ4 cam and stock prom. Any issues or problems with your combo?
Thanks

I have a custom prom now, but I used the stock prom for a long time and when I went in for the smog test. Overall driveability with the custom prom is much better, but I never had any problems either with the stock one...no stalling, no erratic idle, no codes, etc. It idled a little rough in the mornings but it was pretty smooth after it warmed up. I also raised the minimum air setting slightly higher because of the cam when I used the stock prom...it idled around 750 in drive. BTW, the times in the sig are with the custom prom.

I used the ZZ4 cam and stock 305 5-speed PROM in my car too. It idled great and got good gas mileage. Then I used a custom PROM that changed the WOT values for more timing and fuel, but the idle stuff was untouched. This cam is great.
