'91 TPI Manifold base on '88 L98

'91 TPI Manifold base on '88 L98

Will a '91 LB9 SD TPI base fir perfectly on a '88 L98 MAF TPI. I figured it owuld but thought I'd ask. Bolt angles the same?

It should bolt on no problem.
Just make sure that the middle intake bolts are at the same angle, which they should be.
One thing i would check is that on the later model TPI engines (90-92 i think) gm changed something with those little tubes on the runners, not sure what but if you check like for parts, they are listed 85-89 and 90-92, so there is some difference.
Maybe not in the intake manifold though.

Transmission: Tremec T56
Axle/Gears: 12-Bolt 3.73
The runners, TB, and plenum are 85-88 and 89-92. But the base is 85-86, and 87-92. An 88 and a 91 are the same base, same casting number.
