I put my headers on, put a heated o2 sensor on and put a set of accell suppresion core wires on. When i get on the gas and it loads the motor up the car backfires and misses some. It sounds really bad but i don't know what to do next. Is there some way i can check to see if my crimps on the plug wires are good? I checked the car in the dark and don't see any sparks. Could i have a bad cap or rotor or coil? It ran fine before the headers and wires.

i'd check for the wires going to the right plugs first, i bet you have something crossed. you can check resistance of the wires. that should give you an idea if the terminals are on ok or not.
