wont idle down??

wont idle down??
it started yesterday crank it up and had an high idle,im guessing like 3k since my tach is messed up.i do have a ses light i think it said 22 but i have to double check on that.what could it be?

problem fix the tps settings were way off,i readjusted it to 0.540 the idle is perfect and the throttle response is 50% better.i had it all the way down before
