Switching heads on a L98 with the motor still in the car

What is involved with switching the heads with the motor still in the car. The car is a loaded L98 88 GTA. I guess the entire intake and distributor need to come off, how much of a pain is it to reinstall the distributor because I've heard it is a pain in the *** , does anyone have any instuctions or tips. Any problems seeing that the L98 is a computer controlled car?

Well, reinstalling the distributor will be the least time consuming part of the job...

Yes, the whole uppper itake needs to come off...as do the exhaust manifolds, well, not off, but bolts out and free.

I'd suggest a look at a good shop manual, you'll most likely want it for a reference when putting it all back together.
