TB concerns

So I am wondering what I can do to get my motor some more air. I have a ported plenum with siamesed runners. I am still using the stock 48MM TB, so I am wondering if it would be worth it to put a 52MM on. I am looking at the numbers, and the stock maf will flow 658 cfm with screens removed. Is this the maximum flow through the unit, or the maximum it can calculate?

If you do a quick search, you will find that this has been discussed many times.
