ok pic 1 fuel pump fuse it site by the bat with a cover on it not to sure on the other plug
pic 2 purple wire go to starter along with the other two inline fuse red wires.
pic 3 knock sensor wight and fan temp sensor black knock sensor goes in the block near the oil pain it could be on the p-side or d side most likely the p-side (what year TPI pre 89 i am guessing) temp sensor it between the #6 and #8 spark plug.
The plug near the coil looks like it goes to the bottom of the dusturbuter
The plug near the runners is for the cold start injector witch is really not needed

The two vac lines the large one goes to your canister purge and the small one under the plenum to the EGR valve control module. Looks like you could use a shop manual.
