NOS sells a 45° and 90° adapter fitting that screws onto your schrader valve (pass side fuel rail). These keep the sensor from hitting the plenum. You have to remove the actual valve, it is just like a tire valve (actually physically interchangeable, though I wouldn't swap them). The valve screws out with a standard tire valve tool from any auto parts store.
