injector problem?

Transmission: t56
Axle/Gears: 3.73
injector problem?
i changed my fuel rail from a adjustable to the stock one and now cylinder two is not firing. it has spark. i even replaced the rotor and cap. could it be the injector or what. any ideas before i get a new injector ?

check the connector at the injector. but sounds like the injector was damaged or just died
