can i interchange plenum years?
i was curious if i could interchange the plenum and runners. ive got an 89, and the fellow i bout the car from threw in a polished plenum and polished runners but im pretty positive that those ones are off an earlier model. the polished one has 2 port alleys running on the underside and the 89 one has olny one. the runners each have a smaller tube that runs between the main runners.
i was just wondering, now that i have it all apart if i could install the later year parts without having any complications with air passages and keeping the car running normal as so the ses light doesnt come one.
i know theres a difference, theres posts all over explaining the differences, but do they really matter in this instance? or would i have to block off nay holes, or just forget about it and put on the original stuff.
